General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the relations between:

  • TIGER TRACK , a company specializing in the sale of motorcycle accessories.

And any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the site www.tigertrackmoto.com , hereinafter referred to as "the Customer" .

1. Acceptance of the Conditions

By validating an order on our site, the Customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions without reservation. TIGER TRACK reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable General Terms and Conditions are those in force on the date of the order.

2. Products

TIGER TRACK offers a range of motorcycle accessories.

  • Product descriptions, photos, and features are provided as accurately as possible.
  • However, minimal variations may occur (e.g. colors, dimensions), without this constituting a defect or a reason for reimbursement.

  • Delivery costs are indicated before order validation and depend on the delivery address.

Full payment is required before products are shipped.

A tracking number will be communicated to the Customer after the order has been shipped.

6. Return and Withdrawal Policy

6.1 Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French law, the Customer has 7 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal.

6.2 Return conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

7. Warranties and Claims

7.1 Legal guarantee

The products sold by TIGER TRACK benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code).

10. Applicable Law and Disputes
